Human resource staff at Perpich Center for Arts Education provide a wide range of human resource management services.
These services contribute to the ability of Perpich to provide education in and through the arts to all Minnesotans. This means providing quality and responsive human resource management advice and service.
Our services include personnel administration, working in partnership with managers and supervisors at all levels of Perpich in furthering sound management practices and ensuring that the standards of civil service law, collective bargaining agreements and department policies and procedures are maintained.
All of Perpich's services are educational in nature, but within that framework, we offer a wide range of employment options from high school instructors to maintenance and security personnel to adult professional development instructors to librarians to administrative service providers in finance, communications and more.
When openings occur at Perpich, they will be listed here as well as on the State of Minnesota government website.
Employees of Perpich work within the framework of state government policies and procedures. In addition, the center also has developed policies and processes unique to its operation. Perpich employees will find links to state policies and useful forms as well as the center's own policies and procedures here.
