December news at the high school

It's been a busy few weeks recently. We always have a lot happening right before winter break!

Christine Paulos, admissions coordinator, will be doing a southern Minnesota outreach trip this week. Starting tomorrow, she will be visiting Willmar, Granite Falls, Pipestone and Worthington. On Thursday she will be in Fairmont, New Ulm, Mankato and Albert Lea. Friday will find her in Austin, Rochester, Owatonaa, Fairbault, Lake City and Red Wing. If you live in any of these cities, contact Chris at christine.paulos@pcae.k12.mn.us to welcome her to your community!
Music instructor Janice Hunton, with help from chemistry instructor Brian Pickerell, organized Perpich's second annual "GratiTuesday," on Nov. 24 to encourage students to think about what they are most grateful for this Thanksgiving week. The upper atrium is now filled with ribbons and gratitude! Stop in to see the beautiful display and grateful sentiments ranging from heartfelt to silly.
Pat Benincasa’s architecture students created their dream studios in 3D and had the opportunity for their work to be reviewed by two panels of Twin Cities architects, Noa Havillo, Eric Hansen, Bob Russek, Daniel Elias and Eric Anderson.
Trina Keller, French instructor and Craig Farmer, art history instructor, are taking their classes to see the “Delacroix and the Rise of Modern Art from Cezanne to Van Gogh” exhibit at Mia this Friday.

Return to list.
