Not only do we love our alumni, we love everything they are up to. Read here some updates as well as the sad news of the loss of two terrific graduates of Perpich who will be deeply missed.
Musician and 2004 Perpich alumnus Johnny Becker died March 18. Chandler (Chan) Holman, his friend and fellow 2004 alum, eulogizes Johnny as a brilliant musician and his best friend. Almost two weeks ago, another great 2004 alum, Casey Flint Tousignant (visual), passed away. We extend our sympathies to the family and many friends of both these members of the Perpich community.

The 1992 Beta class will celebrate its 25th reunion 1-4 p.m., Saturday, June 17, at Perpich Center for Arts Education. The Alpha Class of 1991 and the Class of 1993 are invited to join in. Attendees will be Skyping with some fellow class members who couldn’t attend but wanted to take part, doing an art swap and reading “angsty” poetry. Rumors have arisen about square dancing. Organizer Chelsea Freund (also a dedicated tweeter on behalf of Perpich) has invited numerous elected officials to attend and the plan is to provide them with a performance at 1:30 p.m. to illustrate our graduates’ talents and continued passion for the arts.
