Going to Perpich means waking up every day, excited to move forward and learn as much about myself as the world around me.
I decided to come to Perpich because I wanted to be around people who share my same interests and fascination with the world. Perpich is the best school for me because it allows me to have more freedom to learn what I want to learn...[and] is providing me with a balanced schedule of art and academics.
I decided to come to Perpich because I could see that the school was focused more on the individual and not just the student body as a whole. I really loved the idea of a school that gave everyone a chance to excel at something. It offers me a safe place to stretch my boundaries as I explore the world of art while also being given a solid academic backbone.
My teachers encourage me to push myself outside of my comfort zone and to always strive to better my art, never settling for good enough. The students I am surrounded by create an atmosphere that allows me to grow and learn. I feel more prepared than I could have imagined to pursue my art form as a career if I choose to do so due to the vast number of resources available to me.
Attending Perpich gives me the ability to dive into a depth of creativity that I’ve never been able to visit on my own. I believe that is because at Perpich I am able to walk among so many talented individuals, who all share that common blood of inspiring artists.
Perpich is providing me with the opportunity to develop my art, and fulfill a potential which I might never have on my own. I decided to come to Perpich because I was an ugly duckling, and I’m glad I did because now I’m flying with the swans.
I decided to come to Perpich because of a friend who told me about the writing program. I have been writing since I was twelve and Perpich provided the perfect opportunity to learn how I could improve my skills... it is an incredibly warm environment where I have met all sorts of people and learned more about writing than I could have at my old school, just in the first four months of the school year.
I decided to come to Perpich because I needed to be around other people who cared about art and writing as much as I did. I needed teachers and friends who would push me to do better and encourage me to push myself...it’s not a place like any place else. It is an extremely comfortable place where I can learn about things I am genuinely interested in.
