Congratulations to Allyssa Kaiser (Media Arts 2009) who was named a “Leader to Watch in 2024” by CommerceNext and was chosen for the 2024 CommerceXcellence Awards in recognition of her leadership and innovation in media! Kaiser is Senior Director of Performance Marketing for NEST New York.

Allyssa is an accomplished marketing professional with over a decade of experience leading digital marketing and media initiatives for some of America’s best brands. She joined luxury fragrance brand, NEST New York, in 2021 as their head of performance marketing. In her role, Kaiser is responsible for developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing and media plans that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for their direct-to-consumer business and online retailers, such as Sephora.

According to the CommerceNext press release, Allyssa has spearheaded NEST New York’s performance marketing team for over two years. Despite last year’s significant success, they’ve redefined their approach to growth marketing, earning recognition from TikTok with a published case study and an invitation for Allyssa to participate in their small business seminar.

The honorees were awarded during the CommerceNext Reception on January 15, 2024, in New York City at the Rubin Museum of Art in New York.

Allyssa Kaiser (Media Arts 2009) grew up in Big Lake, Minnesota. As a teenager, she discovered an affinity for the arts, so at 16, she applied to study at Perpich Arts High School. At Perpich, Kaiser found her passion for media, and this led to her attending Syracuse University, where she studied Advertising at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
