Ahmed Thabet joined Perpich in 2024 as the HR Director. He combines his passion for human capital development with a vision for fostering a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment where all members of the community can thrive and flourish. Ahmed is a former History and ESL instructor with posts in Egypt and Saudi Arabia prior to transitioning to human resources.

He is fully dedicated to creating a supportive culture that promotes safety, innovation, and creativity among staff and students alike.

Ahmed has Bachelor of Arts from Hamline University in St. Paul and is currently working on his MBA at Hamline University. In his free time, Ahmed enjoys travelling, reading, working out, and sports.
