Thane Plantikow began her career at Perpich in 2018. She is trained as an analytic philosopher. She received her MA from Dalhousie University in philosophy and continued doctoral studies at the University of Connecticut and, finally, Western University in 2012. Thane has taught at the college level and is peer-review published in the fields of personal identity theory, narratology, and philosophy of psychiatry. She has been an advocate for people with disabilities as a theorist for 11 years.
