To accomplish this\, \n\nWe will observe Regional Arts Teacher-Leader John Myszkowski teach Musical Theater\, paying attention to areas such as instructional strategies\, formative assessment\, and/or teaching resources. Think about “Ah-ha!” and “I wonder…”\nFollowing the classes\, Wendy Barden will facilitate a discussion of our observations and details in the new Minnesota standards in music.\n\nTake away new ideas and strategies for your own teaching\, plus a better understanding of new Music standards. \nDETAILS:\nThe day is hosted by Dr. Wendy Barden\, Music Education Specialist in Professional Development & Resource Programs at Perpich Center for Arts Education. There is no cost to participate. A certificate for 6 clock hours will be distributed at the end of the day.\nNote: The maximum number of participants is 10. Registration will close when we reach that number.
