DESCRIPTION:REGISTRATION HERE \nDESCRIPTION:\nThis day is a unique opportunity to inform your teaching practice through focused classroom observation. To accomplish this\, \n\nWe will observe Regional Media Arts Teacher-Leader Karna Hauck and Regional Visual Arts Teacher-Katherine Norrie teach media arts and visual arts units\, paying attention to areas such as student engagement\, instructional strategies\, formative assessment\, and/or teaching resources.\nFollowing the classes\, Jeremy Holien will facilitate a discussion with a focus on transferring observations into classroom practice.\n\nTake away new ideas and strategies for your own teaching. \nDETAILS:\nThe day is hosted by Jeremy Holien\, Visual and Media Arts Education Specialist in Professional Development & Resource Programs at Perpich Center for Arts Education. There is no cost to participate. A certificate for 5.5 clock hours will be available at the end of the day.\nNote: The maximum number of participants is 20. Registration will close when we reach that number.
