DESCRIPTION:REGISTRATION HERE \nDESCRIPTION:\nIn this hands-on workshop\, we’ll draw upon the frameworks of Arts Lit\, a free literacy resource from Brown University\, to explore ways of entering\, comprehending\, and embodying different kinds of texts. \nWorkshop facilitators are Mary Harding\, Dance Education Specialist and Dr. Stephanie Lein Walseth\, Theater Education Specialist in Professional Development and Resource Programs at Perpich Center for Arts Education. \nThere is no cost for this workshop\, and 3 CEU hours are earned. \nTARGET AUDIENCE:\nK-12 Educators of Theater\, Dance\, English\, Social Studies\, and others interested in using the tools of theater and dance to reveal layers of meaning\, deepen comprehension\, and facilitate community building. \nLOCATION:\nVirtual – the link to join the workshop will be sent to participants on the day of the workshop.
