DESCRIPTION:REGISTRATION HERE \nWHAT: This free\, one-hour session is designed for arts educators in Lakes Country and made possible by Perpich Center for Arts Education\, Regional Arts Teacher-Leader Network. The goal for the session is to create a space for mindfulness and self-care following a year of teaching in situations perhaps none of us planned for. Facilitated by theatre arts educator Jessica Chipman (Alexandria)\, arts educators will relax in a custom guided meditation led by trained specialist Becky Byrne\, receive research-based information on best practices of self-care\, and will be provided resources and access to further custom guided meditations. One clock-hour certificate will be provided following your attendance. You will receive an email with a Google Meet link one hour prior to this session. The Arts Educator Purposeful Pause will take place Thursday\, March 25 from 7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Join us for relaxation and mindfulness! \nWHEN: Thursday\, March 25 from 7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. \nWHERE: Virtual – The link to join will be emailed to you one hour prior to the session.
