DESCRIPTION:REGISTRATION HERE \nWelcome the 2021-2023 CAPP Co-Chair Kick-off Conference! Our conference will happen over the course of two days\, Monday\, August 16th and Tuesday\, August 17th\, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. each day. We will meet virtually for this conference. However\, we hope to have future planning meetings\, local workshops\, and the Winter & Spring Conferences in-person!!! \nThis conference will be our first time to meet each other\, network with other CAPP cohort sites\, create synergy amongst your CAPP team\, and kick-off our two-year program! \n*All Co-Chairs are required to attend this kick-off conference.
