DESCRIPTION:REGISTER HERE \nWednesday\, February 21 (4:30 p.m. – 5:15 p.m.) \nDESCRIPTION:\nJoin other arts educators at the ladder of inference! The ladder of inference is a tool that explains how we make decisions. Each step in the decision-making process is represented by a rung on the ladder—so you start at the bottom\, then climb each rung before making a decision and taking action. This session will help you a) examine this sub-conscious process and b) understand how you\, your students\, other staff members\, administration\, and parents think. We will be rethinking thinking! \nDETAILS: \n\nA Zoom link will be sent to those who have registered prior to the event.\nThis virtual session is facilitated by Toni Beckler\, Perpich Training and Development Specialist. Toni brings decades of practical experience in K-12 education to the discussion.\nDon’t miss this opportunity to connect with other arts educators!
