ABOUT THIS EVENT:
You are not alone when it comes to feeling burnout. Every teacher—experienced or new to the field—can struggle with a high pressure workplace, multiple competing tasks, challenging student behavior, lack of support, and/or contradictory leadership. In this seminar, we will identify these parts of our job, how it makes us feel, and identify new ways to handle these sources of burnout.

She also earned a M.Ed. in Technology Integration from St. Catherine University and a M.Ed. in Professional Studies in Arts Education from the University of Minnesota.
