Perpich Arts High School Music Department Presents: 25/26 Sound Works I

The Music Department of Perpich Arts High School presented the first concert of the school year on Thursday, October 9th with a repeat performance on Friday, October 10th. The concert was a culmination of the work created by students in their small ensembles during the first quarter – both covers of songs and original works created within each ensemble. Congratulations to all the music students and their instructors on an incredible performance!

Mie Morimoto (Music 2026) was really pleased with the performance. “Sound Works I turned out pretty great,” she said. “Two thirds of the music department are new people this year and some of them have never even performed before, so there was an exciting energy. This first concert was such a fun, important beginning for the juniors and new seniors. It was a fantastic way to start off the school year!”
