Jeimmy Yusty-Rojas

Jeimmy Yusty-Rojas is the Director of Cradle to Career Initiatives at Goodhue County Education District, working in partnership with RiseUp Partnership. She serves as a bridge between local schools and the communities they serve, collaborating to expand student leadership opportunities and using creativity and cultural engagement as tools to build inclusive spaces, empower youth, and strengthen community connections.
Jeimmy represents RiseUp Partnership in the Education Partnerships Coalition of Minnesota, which engages approximately 310,000 children, youth, and families across nine communities. She also co-leads the Partnership for Children, Youth, and Families of Goodhue County, which supports every child and family in the county. Its mission is to break down barriers and build strong families, healthy children, and thriving youth through partnership and shared action.
Prior to her current role, Jeimmy served as the cultural liaison for Red Wing Public Schools and Goodhue County Education District, where she adapted programs and resources for non-English speaking students and families, promoted multicultural engagement, and created inclusive spaces celebrating diversity. She is particularly proud of initiatives that highlight Hispanic achievements and support student and family belonging.
Born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia, Jeimmy earned a B.A. in Management and Environmental Studies and a postgraduate specialization in Natural Resource Management from the University District of Bogotá. She lives in Red Wing with her husband, two cats, and a rescue dog, and enjoys hiking, traveling, and exploring art in all its forms.
