Join Visual Arts teachers Karna Hauck and Katherine Norrie on Saturday, February 8th from 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. for four hours of exciting and inspiring work and discussion centered around arts advocacy and how to “brand” an art program. Karna and Katherine are Regional Art Teacher-Leaders who have each worked in the Northfield Public Schools for over 20 years. They teach a wide variety of classes in both media arts and visual arts. During the time together, they will use creative discussion tools and hands-on projects to work through hot topic questions in order to come away with meaningful answers and plans that can be put to use in school art programs around Minnesota. We hope that you can join in the discussion on February 8th in order to make your art department the strongest and most innovative that it can be.
