BOARD OF DIRECTORS – REGULAR MEETING

This meeting of the Perpich Center for Arts Education Board of Directors is open to the public and being conducted in accordance with Minnesota Statute 13D.015 — Meetings by Telephone or Other Electronic Means.

This meeting will be conducted in-person and virtually via Zoom, recorded with at least one member of the Board attending in person.

Limited Capacity

The Board meeting room has limited capacity to maintain current recommended social distancing. Board and ex-officio members are prioritized for seating if the number of occupants exceeds capacity limits.

Masks Required

All students, staff, and visitors are required to wear masks in all indoor spaces at all times. 

Visitor Health Screening Questionnaire

In an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and reduce the risk of exposure to Perpich Center for Arts Education (PCAE) workforce, we ask employees, students, and visitors who are physically present on campus to complete our screening questionnaire prior to being authorized to arrive on campus. A Tennessen Notice regarding this Health Screen can be found on the Perpich Center website. You are not legally required to answer the screening questions; however, if you do not answer the screening questions, you will not be permitted to enter the meeting place.
