CAPP BOOK STUDY – “THE ART OF COACHING TEAMS”

The Art of Coaching Teams by Elena Aguilar Book Study
DETAILS: Throughout the book study, CAPP co-chairs will explore several methods to sharpen leadership skills through self-reflection and self- awareness. We will gain actionable tools for fostering deep trust, cultivating emotional intelligence, and navigating healthy conflicts to move teams towards a common mission. We will also examine technical facilitation skills, such as organizing meaningful meetings and developing healthy communication, to ensure every meeting is supporting adult learning. By the end of this study, you will have a personalized approach for leading school teams and a community of peers to help you lead with compassion, clarity, and intentionality as you continue to advocate for arts education.
