DESCRIPTION:
Has remote learning affected your students’ commitment to individual practicing? Maybe it’s a school-wide declaration that there will be no homework? Either way, students seem to have less or little appetite for practicing outside of rehearsals. Think together about how to re-engage and motivate students to practice. Bring your ideas!

- Our guest presenter is Laura Boillat, band director at Holy Family Catholic High School in Victoria and St. Therese Catholic School in Deephaven.
- There is no cost for this roundtable event and 1 CEU hour is earned.
- The event is hosted by Dr. Wendy Barden, Music Education Specialist in Professional Development & Resource Programs at Perpich Center for Arts Education.
