This presentation is sponsored by the Perpich Center for Arts Education and led by teacher/director John Schreiber. There is no fee to attend and CEU credits will be available. Part of the presentation will include an open discussion for both new and experienced directors to share questions, concerns, and answers.
John Schreiber has taught and directed theater for over 40 years, recognized by META as Theater Educator of the Year, served on the MSHSL One-Act Play Advisory Committee, and judged the state one-act. For the certification portion of the workshop, Jerry Girten, rules clinician for the MSHSL One-Act Play, will present and explain judging procedures. By attending this session, attendees will be certified to judge the one-act play.
