LADDER OF INFERENCE: RETHINKING THINKING

DESCRIPTION:
Join other arts educators at the ladder of inference! The ladder of inference is a tool that explains how we make decisions. Each step in the decision-making process is represented by a rung on the ladder—so you start at the bottom, then climb each rung before making a decision and taking action. This session will help you a) examine this sub-conscious process and b) understand how you, your students, other staff members, administration, and parents think. We will be rethinking thinking!

• This virtual session is facilitated by Toni Beckler, Perpich Training and Development Specialist. Toni brings decades of practical experience in K-12 education to the discussion.
