Pop Up Musical
In the style of VH1’s Pop-Up Video series (and perhaps even a bit of Mystery Science Theater 3000), the members of Company present an energetic variety show of Broadway musical hits, interspersed with informative “pop ups” throughout each number. The concept for this show was first conceived for the Fringe Festival in 2012 by four long-time theater friends: Jennifer Eckes, Judi Gronseth, Kevin Werner Hohlstein, and Timm Holmly. The group toured the show in Minnesota and Wisconsin, delighting audiences in several communities. This production is the Perpich Arts High School take on the original concept.
