PLAYfest is back on January 29 to 30, 2021! The online gathering is free and open to everyone, with a focus on learning through whimsy, making, and play. Everyone is invited! There is no cost to attend but registration is required. The goal is to provide a joyful, whimsical experience, with a few surprises, and lots of new people and ideas.

Collaborative Stories – Constructing Digital Storytelling through Animation
Join us in this investigation as we build coherent digital stories using animation techniques. Bring your story ideas to life, for your classroom or your own creative practice, by harnessing the power of art of the moving image. A range of digital storytelling practices will be shared with linked resources and downloadable content, with specific demonstration on a selected animation practices to get you started on your own creative journey.
