TECTONIC THEATER PROJECT’S MOMENT WORK – LEVEL 1
An intensive workshop for theater educators and directors

There are 2 workshop time/date options. Each has the same content; 2 different sessions for 30 participants each.

DESCRIPTION:
Theater Educators and Directors (both K-12 and College/University) are invited to join us for a 12-hour intensive workshop with a senior teaching artist from the internationally renowned Tectonic Theater Project. The workshop will train participants in the company’s original theater devising methodology known as “Moment Work,”  focusing on the basics such as the creation of theatrical moments using all the elements of the stage, and the beginnings of layering and sequencing. No prior experience in devising is necessary. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to dive in!

COST: $50 (includes workshop, lunch on the full day, and light refreshments)
