This meeting will be conducted virtually via Google Hangout and recorded with at least one member of the Committee attending in person.

The meeting room has limited capacity to maintain current recommended social distancing. Committee and ex-officio members are prioritized for seating if the number of occupants exceeds capacity limits.

In an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and reduce the risk of exposure to Perpich Center for Arts Education (PCAE) workforce, we ask employees, students, and visitors who are physically present on campus to complete our screening questionnaire prior to being authorized to arrive on campus. A Tennessen Notice regarding this Health Screen can be found on the Perpich Center website. You are not legally required to answer the screening questions; however, if you do not answer the screening questions, you will not be permitted to enter the meeting place.
